Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026
This policy describes how MeridianLogic AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (950 N Washington St, 3rd Floor #3012, Alexandria, VA 22314), handles personal information collected through meridianlogic.ai and through our advertising on LinkedIn. For any privacy question or request, email mike@meridianlogic.ai.
1. What we collect
Readout waitlist form
When you join the Readout waitlist on this site, we collect the information you enter: name, work email, firm or organization, role, committees of interest, client sectors, and any freeform message you add. We also record the date and time of your submission.
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
When you submit a Lead Gen Form attached to one of our LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn sends us the responses you provide on that form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email, firm or organization, role, and the committees or issue areas you follow. LinkedIn pre-fills some of these fields from your LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn's own handling of your data is governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy.
Analytics data
We automatically collect usage data on this site: pages viewed, time on page, and interactions such as playing a video or submitting a form. This data is not tied to your name or email. See section 6 for details.
Contact form and newsletter
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, company if you provide it, and your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter or request a sample Dossier report, we collect your email address.
2. How we use it
We use waitlist and lead form information to:
- contact you about Readout beta access
- understand which committees to prioritize for coverage
- send you product updates related to the beta
We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry. We use newsletter and sample-request email addresses to send the publication or sample you asked for, and occasional updates about MeridianLogic products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
- Airtable stores waitlist submissions (all the fields listed in section 1) so we can manage the beta list.
- Formspree receives contact form submissions (name, email, company, message) and delivers them to us.
- Buttondown stores email addresses for our newsletter and for Dossier sample requests, and sends those emails.
- PostHog processes the anonymous analytics events described in section 6.
- Vercel hosts this site and provides aggregate, cookie-free visit statistics. As our host, Vercel processes standard web server data such as IP addresses when serving pages.
- LinkedIn operates the Lead Gen Forms on our ads and collects your form responses before passing them to us.
Beyond these providers, we do not share personal information with third parties except when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or the beta program ends, whichever comes first. We keep contact form submissions until the inquiry is resolved. We keep newsletter and sample-request email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. To have your information deleted, email mike@meridianlogic.ai and we will honor the request.
5. Your rights
We honor requests to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and requests to opt out of targeted advertising, from anyone who asks, regardless of where you live. Some jurisdictions, including Virginia under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, give residents these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. To make a request, email mike@meridianlogic.ai.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site runs two analytics tools. PostHog records page views, page exits, and interaction events such as clicking a call to action or submitting a form. It stores a random identifier in cookies and browser storage to group one visitor's page views together, but we do not connect that identifier to names or email addresses. Vercel Analytics records aggregate visit counts and does not use cookies.
We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site. LinkedIn applies its own tracking to ads shown on LinkedIn under LinkedIn's privacy policy.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
